Disadvantaged or Very Disadvantaged Workers
(Pursuant to numbers 4. And 99 of Article 2 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of June 17, 2014)
Temporary workers belonging to disadvantaged or very disadvantaged categories, such as those under 24, over 50, with junior high school qualifications, or without regular paid employment for at least six months, are exempted from the maximum limit of temporary workers set by the company. The agency is committed to promptly notifying candidates who meet the legal criteria and possess equal professionalism.

Administration Enrolled in Targeted Placement
(pursuant to L. 68/1999)
A labor administration contract of at least twelve months and one day enables the company to fulfill its obligation to hire disabled individuals. The agency takes care of the administrative paperwork, such as clearance applications, and provides support throughout the selection process. Additionally, the agency collaborates in the practical establishment of the organizational position and, if needed, mobilizes specific professional resources such as ETS (Employment and Training Services) or ODV (Organizations for the Disabled).

Workplace Safety Training
(Pursuant to Article 37 of Leg. Decree 81/08)
All workers must receive health and safety training from their employer. Workplace Safety training covers all work sectors and has a minimum duration of 4 hours. The minimum contents and training methods are defined by the December 21, 2011 Agreement of the Permanent Conference for Relations between the State, Regions and Autonomous Provinces. Workplace safety training must be subsequently completed with specific training, which varies according to the risk level of the activity performed.
